No Returns or Exchanges Policy

1.     No Returns: We do not accept returns or issue refunds. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions or uncertainties about a product, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

2.     No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on any purchased items. Please ensure that the product you are choosing is the one you wish to buy. Our customer service team is more than happy to answer any questions you might have about our products.

3.     Order Discrepancies or Damaged Goods: While we don’t accept returns or exchanges, we do take your satisfaction seriously. If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or if you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4.     Final Sale Items: All products sold on our website are considered “final sale.” This means they cannot be returned or exchanged.

5.     Order Pickup: For orders designated for in-person pickup, a valid, matching government-issued photo ID is required at the time of collection. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. Orders will not be released without proper identification. If someone other than the original purchaser is picking up the order, prior authorization must be arranged by contacting our customer service team. Unclaimed orders will be held for 14 days from the date of the pickup notification, after which they will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
